No Improvement in Google results

Only more 18 days to go in this second ring of the ambatchdotcom seocontest and still there is no improvement in my ranking in Google. This site is currently in 13th position. I have decided to monetize the ambatchdotcom seocontest blog by ading Google Adsense ads
